Full-time (1.0 FTE), 8.0 hour day, 12 month position
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify federal, state, local, corporate, and foundation funding opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with public and private funding agencies and grant administrators.
- Assess district and organizational funding needs through collaboration with administrators and stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate competitive grant applications from concept through submission.
- Facilitate the grant writing process to maximize funding success.
- Prepare grant narratives, needs assessments, goals, objectives, budgets, timelines, and evaluation plans.
- Recommend funding opportunities aligned to district and organizational priorities.
- Engage with governmental officials and community partners regarding grant opportunities.
- Monitor emerging funding trends and communicate opportunities to school districts and internal teams.
- Prepare and disseminate grant overviews and funding summaries.
- Coordinate peer review and quality assurance processes for grant proposals.
- Assign and track grant development activities among procurement and grant team members.
- Attend meetings and public forums to identify community and educational funding needs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and special projects related to grants and funding.
- Develop, review, and update grant and procurement procedures.
- Provide training and technical assistance to procurement and grant staff.
- Research and coordinate professional development opportunities related to grants and procurement.
- Collaborate regularly with the Grant Supervisor to establish priorities and department goals.
- Track grant submissions, awards, and program outcomes.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
