Gen Ed Teacher

The position entails a consistent 35-hour workweek within the school calendar.

• Current New York State Teaching License with valid Art endorsements or certifications
• Experience in general education and effective classroom management
• Strong background in designing and facilitating engaging visual arts lessons

• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Flexibility to work onsite full-time at the assigned location

• Plan, deliver, and assess dynamic art lessons aligned with New York State standards
• Adapt instruction to accommodate varying skill levels and abilities
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment
• Assess and document student progress using appropriate tools and methods
• Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and families to ensure optimal learning experiences
