Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to work at a facility in Elmira , NY. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $65 / hour

Shift Details:

• Day Shift (6:45am-3:15pm) RN Supervisor, every other weekend, 8-hour shifts/40 hours a week
• Night Shift (10:45pm-7:15am) RN Supervisor, full time, every other weekend, 8-hour shifts/40 hours a week. We could possibly split this to 2 part time RN night supervisors, every other weekend, 8-hour shifts/24 hours a week if we cannot find a full time. 26-week assignment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and staff assignments
• Ensure patients receive proper care and treatment
• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Provide guidance and support to nursing team
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Assist in training and onboarding of new nurses
• Address patient or family concerns and resolve issues
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff
• Maintain accurate patient and staff records
• Report to nursing director or facility manager regularly

The requirements are:

• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor.
• A valid and current RN license issued in the state of NY
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
