The opportunity
Delaware North Sport service is hiring a part‑time IT Technician to join our team at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York. You will support daily technical operations at UBS Arena and work with the Operations Lead to troubleshoot and implement computing technology for applications, data, communications, hardware, and networks.
Pay$20.00 - $25.61 per hour

What will you do?- Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, and end‑user hardware and software systems.
- Assist in implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring consistency with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North.
- Set up and maintain computer software, hardware, user accounts, and configurations for team members.
- Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end‑user help requests during normal business hours and during events.
- Record, track, and document actions taken through the help desk request problem‑solving process.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud‑based computing, network support, and Windows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service–driven industry.
- Team‑oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
