As an
** Assistant Store Manager**, you’ll be a Swarovski advocate, supporting a positive work environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial results. You’ll coach and empower your team, act as a role model, and help shape the store’s success every day.
** About the Job
*** Act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience
* Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance
* Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
* Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets
* Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance
* Step in for the Store Manager as needed
** About You
*** 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
* Some leadership and coaching experience
* A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others
* Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
* Responsible and able to take ownership
* Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
