Assistant Store Manager

Janie and Jack LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily boutique operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll lead and coach associates, drive sales, and maintain our premium brand standards in merchandising, styling, and store presentation. Responsibilities include overseeing opening and closing procedures, managing inventory and visual displays, and resolving customer issues with care.

You'll help recruit, train, and schedule staff, analyze sales results, and execute promotions while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and fashion-forward team culture.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening, closing, and cash management
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to achieve sales and service goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards on the sales floor
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention efforts
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of store staff
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities to drive performance
• Execute in-store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused team culture
