Summary

Client Advisor/Stylist based at the Belmont Outlet boutique delivering personalized luxury service to build long-term client relationships. Responsible for styling and guiding clients across categories while achieving sales and CRM targets. Supports store operations, visual standards, and appointment preparation to ensure an exceptional client experience.

• Create and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and clienteling activities.
• Deliver a high-touch styling service including appointment preparation, product presentation, and personalized recommendations.
• Achieve sales, KPI, and CRM targets through outreach, follow-up, and portfolio management.
• Capture and update client data and qualitative notes in CRM tools.
• Maintain product presentation, replenish the sales floor, and liaise with visual merchandising for displays.
• Assist with sales-related operations including returns, repairs, shipping, and receiving when needed.
• Operate the POS system to complete transactions and support day-to-day store tasks.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Exceptional client relationship building and communication skills.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Action oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
