Customer Success Associate

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate who will represent our client’s brand, introduce products and services, and assist customers through the enrollment and purchasing process.. . This role focuses heavily on face to face communication, sales presentations, and customer engagement. You will help drive new customer acquisitions while gaining hands on experience in sales, marketing promotions, and account management.

• Introduce current offers, promotions, and available service options.
• Deliver clear and confident sales presentations.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping customers choose the best options for their needs.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Complete new customer enrollments and assist with account setup.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Track sales activity and update customer information through company systems.
• Work closely with other representatives to improve performance and territory results.

• Proven ability to build rapport and connect with customers in a professional and friendly manner..
• Excellent communication and active listening skills..
• Strong desire to learn and develop comprehensive product knowledge..
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and achieve sales goals..
