General repairs of steam/hot water boiler systems and diagnose airflow/ducting repairs;
Safe, EPA-compliant use of refrigerants for standard HVAC systems;
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or system failures on HVAC systems (motors, belts, compressors, etc.);
Complete preventive maintenance and repairs per work orders; manage related documentation and communications
