Insurance Sales Representative

• Connect with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Provide and explain auto, home, renters, and other insurance quotes in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and meet monthly production goals.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up.
• Process new business applications and assist with policy changes and endorsements.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity notes in agency systems.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.
• Work closely with the agency team to achieve individual and overall agency sales goals.

• Illinois Property & Casualty License preferred but not required. For motivated candidates interested in building a long‑term career in insurance, we will provide guidance and support to help you obtain your license.
• Previous sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivated, dependable, and goal‑oriented.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and closing sales.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
