Administrative Specialist

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Receivables / Billing Specialist to join our team in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. This long-term contract position involves managing billing operations and ensuring accurate invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be proficient in handling computerized billing systems.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process billing statements to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

- Upload invoices into the company's billing system, maintaining organized records.

- Utilize Excel to manage billing data efficiently.

- Review and verify billing information to ensure accuracy before submission.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address any billing discrepancies or issues.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's billing procedures and systems.

- Generate reports related to billing activities for management review.

- Assist in streamlining billing processes to improve efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards related to billing.

- Provide excellent customer service when addressing billing inquiries.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivables and billing roles.

- Proficiency in Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and addressing inquiries.

- Experience with computerized billing systems and processes.

- Knowledge of compliance standards related to billing and invoicing.

- Availability to work onsite.
