You'll manage a book of brokers, handle day-to-day customer service, and coordinate with insurance carriers. This role involves resolving service issues, processing applications, and maintaining strong relationships with brokers. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in group health insurance and must possess or be able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
