Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy and g‑tube in Elmwood Park. This case begins 09/16 and offers steady hours, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to provide truly life‑changing 1:1 care.

• Pediatric patient with tracheostomy and g‑tube

• Start date: 09/16

• Consistent, ongoing schedule

• Strong pediatric clinical support and hands‑on guidance

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on airway management, g‑tube care, safety, and comfort

• Monitor, assess, and support the child’s daily needs in the home

• Collaborate closely with family and our pediatric clinical leadership

RN: $45/hr

• Active New Jersey RN License

• Preferred pediatric trach and g‑tube experience

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Flu vaccine or approved exemption
