Position Summary

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Advancement Services - Data Management, the Coordinator position is responsible for maintaining constituent data in Raiser’s Edge, overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of data entry and maintenance within the CRM, assisting with training database users, and support the Data Management team in all data integrity efforts.

Job Duties
  • Strategic Leadership:
    In partnership with Assistant Director of Data Management, create and maintain all procedure, processes and training materials for Advancement Services and ensure adherence to standards and regulations across the University Advancement division. Develop new and efficient data management policies and procedural documentation for Advancement Services. Review as needed to ensure best practices standards are being upheld and applied across all data collection and management within University Advancement.
