Position Summary

The DPAS Instruction and Assessment Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, organizational, and operational support to the DPAS program. This role is designed to streamline didactic and assessment processes, and ensure consistency across scheduling, documentation, accreditation preparation, communication, and program systems management. This role supports faculty, staff, students, and departmental leadership by managing program operations, overseeing budget and assessment workflows, facilitating onboarding, and maintaining accurate records to promote an efficient, student‑centered learning environment.

Minimum

Required

Education and Experience

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school; or six months to one‑year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

2 years of administrative support experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and experience with Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management.
  • Self‑direction.
