The Roving Relationship Banker serves the financial needs of member‑owners accurately and efficiently while developing strong rapport to enhance member experiences across multiple branch locations.

• Engage members in conversation, conduct quality guidance and credit reviews to uncover their needs and goals.
• Identify and refer members to other business units such as Business Services, Mortgage, and Truliant Financial Advisors.
• Process account openings and maintenance, loan applications, and transactions efficiently.
• Maintain adherence to credit union member service standards, providing first‑contact problem resolution.
• Execute teller transactions, balance CDMs, TCRs, ATMs, and vault activities.
• Research and resolve account issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide deposit and loan solutions, including mortgages, service agreements, and insurance.
• Process business services requests accurately and efficiently, including business service loan requests.
• Manage loan and deposit pipelines to ensure timely follow‑up and cultivate leads into successes.
• Open and maintain IRA accounts.
• Represent the credit union through visitations to business partners and other functions.
• Participate in staff meetings to enhance overall staff knowledge.
• Understand audit procedures and maintain integrity of audit guidelines.
• Assist members with technology tools to improve their banking experience.
• Contribute to branch quarterly goals including member service scores, loan and deposit production, new member growth, and partner referrals.
• Support other member‑service duties as assigned.

• Flexible with shift work across multiple branch locations.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations, compliance, and standard practices.
• Superior interpersonal and coaching skills with ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Attention to detail, organized, and adept at multi‑tasking.
• Basic arithmetic and computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of advanced banking products and services.
• Experience with service‑recovery concepts and audit procedures.
• Basic credit underwriting knowledge.
• Notary appointment or ability to attain notary status within 3 months of hire.
• Training in branch lending and full understanding of credit‑union business processes.
• Minimal supervision required to complete assignments.

• Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Ability to sit at a desk for moderate periods and use a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds moderately and up to 10 pounds occasionally.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of retail or financial services experience.
• Previous sales and lending experience preferred.
