RegO® Products is seeking a skilled Value Stream Manager located in Elon, NC. This role requires strategic leadership over manufacturing operations and a mechanical engineering team, focusing on optimizing value stream performance and driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include leading initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering along with at least 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, demonstrating success in operations and strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
