- Order Processing:
Manage purchase orders from receipt through confirmation, processing in the system, and triggering work and sales orders. Create and maintain work order packets and paperwork for the shop floor. - Quoting and Customer Coordination:
Provide quotes on products and parts, respond to customer inquiries, and handle updates and issues efficiently. - Shipping and Delivery Coordination:
Prepare shipping documents, schedule trucks for pick-up, and track order progress and inventory of finished parts. Coordinate closely with the shop supervisor and production teams. - Data Management and Reporting:
Pull reports, update customer information, create pricing lists, and ensure accurate invoicing and paperwork attachment. - Daily Operations:
Multitask across administrative duties including data entry, order tracking, and communication with internal teams and customers. - Safety First:
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world‑class safety culture.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a huge plus but not required
- Previous data entry and office experience
- Experience with quoting and sales support processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Quote Works, or Gold Mine
