Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)  - Eloy, AZ

A K-12 educational setting in Eloy, AZ is seeking a skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive services during the current school year (CSY) under a contract position. This role focuses on supporting students with speech and language disorders through expert evaluation, treatment, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of students to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address individual communication goals
  • Provide targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress regularly and accurately
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including educators and specialists to ensure holistic care
  • Engage families in the therapeutic process by educating and involving them in their child's progress
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school‑aged populations is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective team collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Additional Requirements
  • Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology for the state of Arizona
  • Masters degree or higher in Speech‑Language Pathology
