As the Warehouse and Distribution Manager (Eloy) you will lead and manage the warehouse and distribution team operations, and assist with other supply chain functions, to include receipt, processing, packaging, storage, and shipment of parts. The Manager is responsible for all personnel issues within the team; including coaching, mentoring, performance evaluation, and disciplinary action of employees.

Job Description
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Eloy warehouse and distribution team operations, while supporting other Supply Chain functions as needed.
  • Share the vision with the team and align departmental activities with the company’s strategic direction.
  • Deliver a high level of customer-focused service by ensuring excellence in the storage, control, and distribution of spare parts within TAE warehouse operations.
  • Directly oversee the execution of activities required to effectively support operational and production departments.

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

  • Assist Inventory Controllers in ensuring material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules while minimizing total material costs and managing excess stock disposition.
  • Coordinate stock-take counting cycles to maintain inventory accuracy and support broader business requirements.
  • Manage consumables, dangerous goods, chemicals, and similar inventory items.
  • Manage and coordinate international freight shipments.

Facility, Equipment & Safety

  • Responsible for the safety, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the warehouse facility.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and safety compliance of operational equipment.
  • Manage special assignments, including facility improvements, workspace redesigns, storage optimization initiatives, and other projects as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable business, customer-specific, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency and implement innovative solutions.
  • Provide timely and meaningful management, budgeting, performance reporting, and analysis to the Supply Chain Manager, Program Managers, and Finance Manager for inclusion in monthly reporting.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years leadership/supervision experience in a maintenance or production warehouse environment.
  • Broad knowledge of and experience in warehousing and material management practices.
  • Broad knowledge of and experience working in heavily regulated working environments/industries.
  • Ability to lead, communicate, organize, and administer staff.
  • Sound information technology knowledge.
  • Highly aware on techniques in effectively managing customer relations.
  • Actively support team cohesion via inclusivity and diversity.
  • 10 years of Aircraft MRO or similar highly legislated industry, (Medical, Chemical, Foods) parts/stock management environment experience.
  • Experience and ability in providing effective reporting to customers.

FAA/DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) drug and alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 40 and Part 120.
