OverviewThe Technical Shift Lead position performs highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and process to support the achievement of the plant's business goals and objectives. Areas include but are not limited to;
Extrusion, Thermoforming, Maintenance, Warehouse, and General Operations.

Work ExperienceHigh School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Equivalent experience may be substituted for an educational requirement where the associate demonstrates the necessary skills and capability. Experience in Plastics Thermoforming & Extrusion is preferred.
EducationHigh School or better.

The PLC Technician will maintain all of the plant and production electrical and control systems. Includes electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and network sub-systems. The PLC Technician will be responsible for training and coordinating the efforts of Maintenance Technicians on all shifts, and assisting as necessary in troubleshooting and documentation of root cause failure analyses Ability to be on call if/when needed.
