Correctional Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join a correctional healthcare team in Aloy, Arizona
. This role is ideal for an RN who is confident, adaptable, and capable of providing high‑quality care within a structured and secure environment.

Location: Aloy, AZ

Shift: Day Shift | 12‑hour shifts | 3 days per week

Compensation: $47–$52 per hour

Contract: 6-13 Weeks

The Registered Nurse will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, and support clinical operations within a correctional facility. The RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, including providers, RNs, LPNs, and correctional personnel, to ensure safe, effective, and compliant care for an adult inmate population.

• Conduct routine nursing assessments and patient evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatment planning
• Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings
• Support both acute and chronic medical needs
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, security, and infection‑control standards
• Communicate effectively with healthcare and correctional staff
• Respond to medical emergencies and urgent situations as required

• Active Arizona RN license or valid compact RN license
• Previous experience in corrections, acute care, long‑term care, or clinic settings is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to function safely and professionally in a secure, fast‑paced environment

* Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
