Solenis is a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions. The company’s product portfolio includes a broad array of water treatment chemistries, process aids, functional additives, cleaners, disinfectants, and state‑of‑the‑art monitoring, control and delivery systems. These technologies are used by customers to improve operational efficiencies, enhance product quality, protect plant assets, minimize environmental impact, and create cleaner and safer environments.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will run programs and projects to eliminate friction from current processes, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive value across the organization. You will take internal productivity projects through execution and business adoption, create project plans, facilitate project teams through our TMO project process, and ensure project execution. You will establish BU/region targets, build multi‑year business cases, and align with senior leaders to achieve AOP impact.

The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing governance processes, and presenting results to executives on a monthly basis. This role will sunset after the digital projects are complete.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and run 2‑3 projects concurrently following the TMO standard operating procedure.
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams that design and execute productivity initiatives.
  • Articulate project handoffs before project start and align roles and responsibilities at launch.
  • Build crisp problem statements and iterate them with project sponsors (2‑3 times in gate reviews).
  • Create project artifacts: charters, workplans, scoping documents, scorecards, action‑item lists, and project prenups.
  • Build project business cases and articulate assumptions to senior leaders.
  • Generate hypotheses for potential projects, test them quickly, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Generate and transparently share target variances (actuals vs target) for FP&A to place in AOP.
  • Align targets with P&L leaders prior to AOP.
  • Establish governance and executive report outs.
  • Run the TMO gate review process and prepare gating artifacts and templates.
  • Prepare project teams to present at gate reviews.
  • Work with HUB and FP&A to track project results.
  • Build and steer a change management structure through the change management process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (seller experience preferred).
  • Process improvement and productivity experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and think critically.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into discrete small projects.
  • Skill to scope projects into small, achievable buckets.
  • Rapid hypothesis generation and testing with the ability to pivot when necessary.
  • Prioritization of the vital few and avoidance of “boiling the ocean.”
  • Mental agility—flex and change courses quickly as situations evolve.
  • Time stewardship and meeting management: organize agendas, set pre‑work, and keep meetings focused.
  • Action‑item tracking: specific actions, assigned owners, and deadlines.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $ and $, plus discretionary bonuses. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan, along with numerous opportunities for professional growth and development.
