Production Supervisor

Foxlane Homes Delaware is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our growing team! This position is responsible for all of Foxlane Homes community homebuilding projects, ensuring high-quality home construction, supporting Project Manager and on-time completion. • Scheduling and supervising of all sub-contractors
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Order building materials, manage community assets and site budgets
• Update customers and sales representatives regularly regarding progress of homes under construction
• Other duties as assigned by Project Manager
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Construction knowledge
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline is preferred
