Soliant, a leading education staffing company, is excited to collaborate with a school district near Lincoln, Delaware, in their search for a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a BCBA, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting students behavioral and social-emotional needs for the upcoming school year.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement evidence-based strategies.
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification: You must hold a valid BCBA certification.
• DE State Certification: Active certification in the state of Delaware.
• Experience: Prior experience working with elementary‑aged students is preferred.
• Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly rate of $46-$55, commensurate with experience.
