We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Newark, DE. This full-time position requires 37.5 hours per week, with a start date of 8/19/24 and an end date of 6/11/25. The role involves providing services in the early years program, autism services, and at a high school. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct ABA therapy and support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Train and supervise staff in ABA techniques and strategies
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Valid Delaware BCBA licensure
- School experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
