Regional Director of Resident Care (must live in the states of PA, DE, or MD and have an RN license)

Harmony Senior Services, a certified Great Place To Work and one the country’s fastest growing companies in the luxury senior living industry, is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Resident Care to join its leadership team.

As the Regional Director of Resident Care (RDRC), youwill be the nursing expert and resource for clinical, resident care and regulatory issues for communities in the assigned region. The RDRC provides on-site and remote support to assure safe, quality resident care and compliance with all local, State and Federal regulations and Harmony Senior Services policies and standards. The RDRC provides training and education to team members as needed and supports the quality improvement activities of the assigned communities.

This exciting opportunity will require travel four days a week each week.

Requirements:

• Residence in the state of Pennsylvania, Delaware, or Maryland
• Current valid and unencumbered RN license to practice in all states within the region
• Five (5) years of nursing leadership experience in a multi-site senior living organization
