Assignment Dates:
August 1, 2026 – June 5, 2027

Position Overview:

As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll support students' communication and language development while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Your work will help students build the skills they need to thrive both academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
  • Consult with school staff regarding communication strategies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Delaware SLP License.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Previous school-based experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
