Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our Banquets team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for serving food and beverage items while providing exceptional guest service. • Provide efficient food and beverage service to guests
• Assist in the set up and pack down of dining and service areas for events and large scale functions
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings to support guest enquiries
• Present a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance at all times
• Perform manual handling duties, including lifting and moving equipment, in line with safety guidelines

• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling Certificates
• Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
• Previous food and beverage experience
• Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
• Able to work up to 76 hours per fortnight over a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
