Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Hotel Breakfast & Guest Area Attendant to help create a clean, welcoming, and comfortable experience for our guests. This dual‑role position supports our morning breakfast service while also maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appeal of hotel public areas.
The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering excellent hospitality. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our breakfast area is well‑stocked and inviting, while also upholding brand standards and safety guidelines throughout shared spaces such as the lobby, dining area, and restrooms.
Primary Responsibilities Breakfast Service Duties- Assist with preparing, setting up, and serving breakfast items for hotel guests
- Ensure food is presented in accordance with brand‑mandated standards
- Maintain strict sanitation, food safety, and health requirements at all times
- Monitor breakfast supplies and assist with inventory control and ordering
- Receive, put away, and properly store food deliveries
- Follow proper food storage, labeling, and rotation procedures (FIFO)
- Keep the breakfast area clean, stocked, and guest‑ready throughout service
- Clean and maintain inviting public spaces including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells
- Clean and restock restrooms according to cleanliness and safety standards
- Empty trash, replace liners, and maintain overall tidiness
- Sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high‑touch surfaces
- Assist with receiving and organizing supply deliveries
- Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management
- Deliver friendly, courteous service to all guests
- Maintain hotel brand standards and appearance guidelines
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly
- Adhere to all health, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
- Customer‑service oriented with a positive, helpful attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Prior hotel, food service, or custodial experience preferred but not required (training provided)

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
