Wieland is seeking a Welding Robot Operator for its fully on-site facility in Delaware, OH. The role offers a starting pay of $30 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential, with a 2nd shift schedule from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am and bi-weekly pay.
You will follow production orders, teach the robot welding, assemble components, and ensure weld quality. Training begins on 1st shift, up to 4 weeks, before transitioning to the 2nd shift.
