is seeking a Temporary Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team in Elsmere, KY. You will monitor the help desk, triage tickets, and resolve basic to moderate issues, elevating more complex problems when needed.
You'll set up hardware for new hires or replacements, maintain organized IT hardware, and assist with inventory, user accounts, and standard IT tasks. This role is not a call center and does not require programming knowledge.
