Position: 2nd Shift Nurse (RN/LPN) – $36–$43/hr w/Differentials + $3/hr Medical Opt-Out

Let’s Start With the Important Stuff (Pay & Shift)

This posting is for 2nd shift nurses only. If you’re looking for day shift or PRN-only work, this likely won’t be the right fit.

Compensation Breakdown:

  • Base pay: $30.00–$34.00/hr (RN or LPN, based on experience)
  • 2nd shift differential: +$4.50/hr
  • Weekend differential: +$1.50/hr (Saturday/Sunday)
  • Medical opt-out: +$3.00/hr (if you qualify)

Effective 2nd shift rate can reach $36.00–$43.00+/hr, depending on experience, weekend hours, and medical opt-out.

Open 2nd Shift Nurse Positions Rosedale Green – Covington, KY
  • 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Emerald Trace – Erlanger, KY
  • 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
  • Every other weekend required

Role Summary

As a 2nd Shift RN or LPN, you’ll provide direct nursing care, support STNAs, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care.

Requirements
  • Active Kentucky RN or LPN license (required)
  • Ability to work 2nd shift hours
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
