We are seeking an RN or LPN Floor Nurse to join our Weekend Baylor team at Emerald Trace.

This is a hands-on nursing position focused on providing excellent clinical care to residents within our skilled nursing and long-term care environment. You will work alongside experienced nursing assistants and clinical leadership while developing meaningful relationships with the residents you care for.

Unlike a traditional weekend rotation, this position provides a consistent Saturday and Sunday schedule with enhanced Baylor compensation and full-time benefit eligibility.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Complete assessments and required clinical documentation
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
• Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide direction and support to STNAs as part of the nursing team
• Follow physician orders, care plans, and regulatory requirements
• Promote resident dignity, choice, independence, and person-centered care
• Work collaboratively with fellow nurses, STNAs, and clinical leadership

This RN/LPN position offers enhanced compensation through our Hybrid Baylor weekend program
, designed to reward nurses who commit to working every weekend.

• Every Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 a.m.
  
  - 7:30 p.m.
• To qualify as full-time, Weekend Baylor nurses also work:
  • One additional 7:00 a.m.
    
    - 7:30 p.m. weekday shift every other week
• 60 scheduled hours per pay period with full-time benefit eligibility

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Kentucky required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Dependable and comfortable working a consistent weekend schedule
• Ability to work collaboratively with STNAs, nurses, physicians, families, and other members of the care team
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a nursing home setting preferred
