Overview
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking, and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply Cincinnati Distribution Center located in Elsmere, KY. Chick‑fil‑A Supply strives to be the most caring distribution center in the world with scheduling, pay, and benefits that demonstrate care for our team members.
Schedule- 4‑Day Workweek (4 × 10‑hour days)
- The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends and holidays.

Pay$22.50 per hour

- Extreme Temperature:
Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10°F to 100°F) is required to keep our food safe. - Heavy Weights:
Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift; occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds. - Education:
High School Diploma or GED - Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.
- Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus.
