Bij DROOM! Landerij de Park leid je als bedrijfsmanager een gastvrije en dynamische horecagelegenheid. Je coacht vakcoaches, assistent-medewerkers en flexwerkers, motiveert het team en zet talenten in voor maximale gastvrijheid.
Daarnaast draag je zorg voor de operationele bedrijfsvoering, ben je regelmatig op de vloer actief en werk je vaak tussen 9.00 en 18.00 uur, met avonden/weekenden voor de juiste inzet en events.
