Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (rotating weekends and holidays)
Patient Registration Customer Service Representative – be the first friendly face patients meet during registration.
Responsibilities & Duties- Help patients navigate the registration process
- Answer questions with confidence, clarity, and compassion
- Gather accurate information quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Build trust with patients when they are scared, confused, or overwhelmed
- Work across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently
- Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately
- Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused
- Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details (training will be provided)
- Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care situations
- Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time
You will be on your feet, thinking fast, and making a real impact.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements
- Medical or healthcare experience (though not required)
Base pay range: $14.50 – $18.99 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
