Part Time Patient Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Patient Access Associate to support patient registration and communications at our healthcare facility. The role offers opportunities to collaborate across teams, learn, and grow.

• Utilize technology to support patient registration.
• Route written communications as appropriate.
• Communicate with patients, visitors, and staff in person, by telephone, and/or email using various communication technologies.
• Receive patients and visitors and handle general inquiries.
• Determine work priorities during assigned shifts.
• Assist associates with new procedures and duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Patient Access Manager or Team Lead.

• High School diploma or equivalent (experience considered).
• No prior experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Sitting and standing.
• Extended computer usage.
• Walking in a work environment.
• Well‑lit, climate‑controlled facility.
• Noise level – quiet.
• On‑site.

Base pay range: $14.50 – $18.99 per hour, based on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.
