Elanco is seeking a Senior Scientist – TSMS Laboratory Lead to head the TSMS Laboratory team at our Elwood, Kansas facility. In this role, you’ll oversee laboratory operations, manage direct reports, and drive technical excellence across monoclonal antibody upstream and downstream processes.
You will design and execute DoE studies to enhance control strategies, collaborate with QA, Engineering, and R&D, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Travel 0-5%.
