The role

This is a key role within the Warehouse team, performing both Warehouse duties and Goods In Sampling duties. Key tasks will include:

  • Receipt of goods from suppliers and customers
  • Picking of products
  • Put away deliveries and manufactures
  • Inventory checks
  • Keep working areas clean and tidy
  • Safety checks on MHE
  • Sampling and inspection of raw ingredients and finished products
  • Supporting complaint investigations
  • Filling in and maintaining necessary quality documents

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30

Hourly Rate: £14.02

The requirements:

To be successful in this role, ideally, you will hold a current forklift/counterbalance certificate and/or have some previous warehouse experience. A VNA licence would also be advantageous. However, training will be provided. You must have the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to complete heavy lifting and manual handling activities
  • A team player
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
