Part Time Staff Assistant, Testing Center

Reporting to the Vice President and the Registrar, the Staff Assistant for the Testing and Assessment Center Team will be responsible for knowing detailed information about Lorain County Community College as a whole. The Staff Assistant's daily activities will include, but not limited to, answering student and faculty inquiries, maintaining appointment schedule, administering exams and placement assessments, and assisting with external inquiries.

The environment can be fast-paced with quiet space; therefore, calm and a positive customer service skills are essential. The incumbent will be required to work some evening hours per week and some Saturdays per month. Part Time hours will not exceed 25 hours per week.
