As a School Teacher at Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center, you will be instrumental in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. This role is vital in delivering high-quality instruction and support, ensuring each child's developmental needs are met in a safe and stimulating environment.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, social skills, and physical development.
• Safely drive the bus on all daily school routes and provide transportation for field trips, special events, and off‑site activities.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment for all students.
• Provide individualized support to children with special needs or learning challenges.
• Engage children in hands‑on activities that stimulate curiosity and foster a love for learning.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
• Create a safe, welcoming atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience at the center.

• High School Diploma
• 21 years or older
• Valid Driver's License and a Clean Driving Record
• To qualify for the higher pay tier, employees must hold one of the following:
  School-Age Endorsement, Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
• Excellent behavior management skills to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with parents, staff, and students.
• Passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering their love for learning.
