The Little Miami Early Childhood Center is looking for a Special Education Aide to support student growth by implementing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, approved behavior plans, and small-group instruction. Primary duties include supervising daily activities, assisting with personal hygiene, preparing adaptive materials, and executing therapeutic techniques like positioning, feeding, and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) strategies under professional guidance. Candidates must meet state paraprofessional requirements, hold or qualify for an Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Educational Aide certification, and maintain CPR/First Aid/CPI credentials.
This position works 7.5 hours per day. Starting pay is 19.93 per hour.
The Board pays 90% of the Health premium, 95% of the Dental premium, and 60% of the Vision premium.
