Teaching an introductory surveying course for construction majors as part of the Construction Technology program at Lorain County Community College (LCCC); class and lab assignments will emphasize the care and use of field instruments used in land surveying; students will take field measurements and learn to make the basic computations and adjustments necessary to post; process field survey measurements; course topics include and are not limited to Fieldworks Basics, Distance Measurements, Angle Measurement, Elevation Determination, Traverse Operations, and Field Practice;
the course is scheduled on Saturdays from 8:30am to 1:10pm; be responsive to student questions and requests for assistance; participate in the assessment of student academic achievement.
