Regal is seeking Floor Staff to provide exceptional guest service in a part-time, variable-hour role at our Elyria theatre. You may work in Concession or as an Usher, handling tickets, directing guests, and ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the venue.
The position requires completion of the cast certification program and any applicable alcohol training. You will operate the POS system, engage in upselling, and support overall theatre operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.
