Game Stop - 249C Midway Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform guests of promotions, and recommend items;
Support the store's visual and operational environment and current sales initiatives to drive guest relationships and repeat business;
Process guest purchases/returns using the Point-of-Sale system accurately and courteously;
Escalate guest issues and complaints to the Store Manager in a timely and professional manner;
Promote Game Stop’s guest loyalty programs and ensure staff understands and applies policies and procedures
