Center Well Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home rehabilitation, helping patients regain daily living skills and independence in their own homes.
You will assess, design retraining programs, collaborate with physicians, train staff and family, document care and support discharge planning. A valid OT license, CPR and a valid driver s license are required; 40 hours/week; compensation includes a pay per visit and a posted annual range.
