Family Planning Services of Lorain County is seeking an experienced bilingual Clinical Manager to lead daily clinical operations and support the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and culturally responsive patient care. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and brings strong clinical judgment, leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily clinical operations, workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
- Supervise, support, and mentor clinical staff.
- Coordinate patient care and help ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor staff performance, productivity, documentation, and compliance.
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding clinical team members.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and medical record management.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with English- and Spanish-speaking patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and organizational leadership.
- Respond to patient concerns and help maintain a positive, respectful patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Support Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) processes, laboratory logs and maintenance, and pharmacy ordering, as applicable.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential.
- Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- A compassionate, professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
- Previous clinical leadership or management experience.
- Experience with the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP), laboratory logs, laboratory maintenance, or pharmacy ordering.
