Via Quest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Elyria, OH is seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager to join our on-site team. You will provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services in coordination with licensed clinicians, develop individualized treatment plans, and support clients in daily living skills and crisis prevention.
The role is full-time, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, with a pay range of $18-$21 hourly plus a monthly incentive program for meeting productivity targets.
