At Little Acorn ABA, we believe every child has the potential to grow, learn, and thrive. We're looking for compassionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and provide high-quality ABA services to children and families throughout the Cleveland area.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions

• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress

• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Experience working with children preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Ability to pass required background checks
